My name is Jo-Ash Brown, I'm 23 years old and I work as a Customer Support Analyst

How did you meet Kevin?

I’ve met Kevin through a friend of mine that knows him.

How was the sessions/advice that you received from Kevin?

I’ve told Kevin that I want to be in a career in IT. The advice that I got from Kevin was so insightful and refreshing because Kevin taught me about CV visibility and understanding how to structure my Job hunting or other words keeping track which roles. He did this by providing me a Job Search table which has columns like date posted, date contacted, agency name, contact name, email, phone and etc. In addition Kevin explained to me about the structure of a LinkedIn profile and showing each section of the LinkedIn profile of why its important, specially how to stand out from the crowd. Kevin also told me to have 2 types of CV’s; General CV and IT related CV. 

What was the end result from having the sessions/advice with Kevin

The end result is I took on board what Kevin explained to me and able to have interviews for 1st line/ 2nd line jobs to start my IT career and long story short, I landed a Customer Support Analyst role.
