Kevin is an experienced Business Analyst with over six years of expertise in the field. His diverse background includes working on a wide range of projects, both as a permanent employee and a contractor, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the Business Analysis domain.
At present, Kevin is a Senior Infrastructure Consultant and Senior Business Analyst at Netcompany. Since 2021, he has been dedicated to mentoring individuals both in the UK and internationally, offering guidance through one-to-one mentoring sessions, CV and LinkedIn reviews, and interview preparation. Kevin has also been invited to speak at his university, London South Bank University, on multiple occasions since April 2022. In recognition of his contributions, Kevin was recently nominated for Mentor of the Year 2023/24 by one of his mentees participating in the Career Mentoring Programme, run by the Future Ready Mentoring Team in partnership with the University of Westminster. This programme is a collaborative effort with Netcompany focused on social value.

Kevin received the Mentor of the Year (Exceptional Support) award at the Future Ready Mentoring Awards 2024/25 hosted by the University of Westminster.
This was Kevin' second consecutive year being nominated, which makes this recognition even more meaningful for him. It reflects his passion and love for mentoring to others by always trying to support, uplift and help others believe and strive in themselves to get to their end goal.
Kevin has so far mentored 9 students from the University of Westminster over the last 2 and half years. All of them have taught him something new about himself and allow him to develop further as a mentor. He has continued to mentoring them even after the programme has finished.
