Using our services

Pathway2IT provides 1:1 IT/tech career mentoring, CV and LinkedIn review, job application support, interview prep, and exam prep sessions. By booking a session or package you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to book or use our services.

Bookings and payment

A 30% deposit is required to secure session packages or mentoring/teaching packages. Single sessions must be paid in full before the session takes place, otherwise the session won't go ahead.

Prices for current services are listed on our services page and are subject to change for future bookings.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.

No guaranteed outcomes

We provide guidance, mentoring, and practical advice based on our experience, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview results, or exam passes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

Materials, templates, and resources we share with you during sessions are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

Pathway2IT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be directed to info@pathway2it.com.
